Any material you submit through the site or any other method should be acknowledged unless the owner of the content grants permission that will not be protected by copyright. Furthermore, no material submitted should be sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise unpleasant.

You confirm that the information you provided for product delivery is accurate when you place an order with us. The website is protected against any form of misuse and may be subject to legal action.

You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old and physically capable of appearing in court by placing an order on our website. You ensurethat you are legally able to buy these items by placing this order.

Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of our website. This includes but is not limited to hacking, spamming, or transmitting any harmful code.

CustomStickerPro.com shall not be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences that may arise as a result of or are related to your unauthorized or improper use of this website or its content.

5. Payment, Order Placement, Cancellations

You can place your order through the website and pay the order payment safely and securely. We acknowledge a range of payment methods as exhibited on the Website. You will receive a receipt along with your order confirmation.   

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited, to product availability, errors in pricing information, or fraud. If your order is canceled, we’ll let you know via email.

You may cancel an order before it goes into production by contacting us via email at 

sales@customstickerspro.com.  If an order is canceled after it goes into production, a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Our mission is to deliver superior value in custom stickers, decals, and labels in the specified area. However, we will consider accepting returns if the customer is not satisfied with the delivered items. You can return the product within 7 working days of receipt of the order.

There will be a full refund of the amount paid for the product and it will be credited to the original payment method used on the purchase excluding the cost of shipping and handling charges. For a customer to request for a reorder it becomes necessary to send a pictorial representation of the defective part to us within a period of 7 days.

We also retain the right to refuse to refund or to return our merchandise that has been by not following our care suggestion, or by acting in an abusive or neglectful manner towards them.

The following guidelines apply to all reprints: Reprint is available by prior arrangement only; you must return at least 99% of the item within 10 business days of its delivery; the item should be delivered in the same packaging in which it was received. It is important to note that for emergency orders, additional charges apply, and these are non-refundable.

7. Proofs and Color Accuracy

At customstickerspro.com, We understand the importance of your custom stickers, decals, and labels that perfectly represent your design and branding. That’s why we offer a wide range of sizes and strive for consistent color throughout the process. Here’s what you need to know:

Proofing Process:

Digital Proofs – Full control can be applied to the design they select before placing an order. The user will also be able to ask for a digital preview of the design before the start of the production process. There are several reasons why one should choose a specific studio to create their artwork and then have it professionally printed.

Digital Proof Approval – As a result of this step, you will be able to have a keen eye on the overall reproduction process of your artwork starting with a detailed evaluation of the text, color, and even delicate artwork elements in the approved digital proof. This helps you to review the design and layout so that if there is any aspect that you might not be contented with, you can correct it before going to the printing process.

Changes and Revisions – Now you can tell us if you require some modifications after the proof like editing the text, swapping images, or adjusting color. Our first goal is your satisfaction. we will not leave the site until you are beyond satisfied.

Color Accuracy:

Color Management: Our excellent color management processes guarantee precise color matching in the produced image and provide accuracy as compared to the quality of print. This involves firstly printers and also using standard colors used in industries.

Pantone Matching System (PMS): The PMS color code is essential if your design requires a specific Pantone color or an exact color match. While replicating the actual document on paper, we will make every endeavor to adhere to color cloning to the maximum.

Test Prints: We may drop-ship your order to your doorstep, and offer to deliver physical test prints for your approval before producing large and/or color-intensive orders. It is a useful way to check the colors before proceeding with a final print run so as not to waste printing materials and money.

Variations in Color: Though it is notable that color distinctions may vary depending on the setting of the monitor, the substrate material, and the selected mode of printing. It is also important to know that because we aim at having the nearest possible color reproduction to our digital proof, some variations are expected between the proof and the finished print.

8. Customer Content

Custom Stickers Pro cannot be held responsible for any printing errors such as blurred printing or different printing than what was requested unless all artwork and design images are in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

The Customer is responsible for including any photographs, images, text, or text in the goods. You are solely responsible for the content uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Site. 

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide the customer content and that the customer content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. 

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your customer content in connection with the Site and Services.

9. No Liability for Errors

Our mission is to provide accurate information on the Website, but we cannot guarantee that all information will be error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website at any time without prior notice.

Custom Stickers Pro ™ will not be held responsible for errors in the final product such as:

  • All types of spelling, grammatical errors, and font mistakes
  • Subsurface patterns and graphic punctuation
  • Discrepancies in die lines, crop markings, or folds
  • Duplicate printing
  • The variation in the final dimensions of the product

*Product will be shipped flat and will be pre-assembled*.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, CustomStickersPro.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including:

(i) Reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

(ii) Arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website. 

(iii) Breach of contract of terms and conditions and privacy policy.

11. Printing

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order that we deem to be offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. At Custom Stickers Pro, you can change your printing technique, product color, and font style on your custom stickers and labels.

12. Materials

We use high-quality materials for our custom stickers, decals, and labels. However, the specific materials used for each product may differ. 13. Overruns Underruns

We strive to produce your order exactly as specified.  However, due to the printing process, there may be slight variations in quantity.  We reserve the right to deliver a 10% overage or 5% underage without affecting the total price of your order.

14. Production Rate, Order of Delivery, and Shipping

At CustomStickersPro.com, we understand the importance of timely production, shipping, and delivery of your orders. Here’s a detailed overview of how we handle these aspects:

  • Production Speed:

  • Your order’s intricacy and quantity will determine the production time.
  • As soon as we get your order, we get to work on it.
  • Standard production times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, but this may vary based on factors such as order volume and product specifications.
  • Jet production options are available for an additional fee if you need your order speed up. Please contact us for rush order inquiries.

  • Shipping:

  • Once your order has been produced, it will be carefully packaged for shipping.
  • We have different shipping choices to meet your needs, such as standard shipping, fast shipping, and overnight shipping.
  • We work with reputable shipping companies to make sure your orders get to you safely and on time.

  • Delivery of Orders:

  • Our priority is to deliver your order on time to your doorstep. Its depend on you which method of shipping you choose.
  • Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders within the United States, while international shipping may take longer.
  • Expedited and overnight shipping options are available for faster delivery.
  • A shipping confirmation via email with tracking information will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. This feature enables you to track the status and advancement of your delivery.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays.

Custom Stickers Pro may observe certain holidays during which production and shipping operations are suspended. Orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped after the holiday period.
